Originally built in the 1890s as a manse, Cruachan has high ceilings and elegant period features which exude a homely feeling. The rooms are decorated with books, art and furniture collected by the owner over years of seafaring. This is not just a B&B but a happy home to share. 

Why don't you snuggle by the fire in the lounge, stroll in the garden, read books, look at maps in the dining room or take an early night in your comfortable bed. - Simply relax, recharge and enjoy the house.

We are located between Stoer and Clashnessie in Assynt, Sutherland, 7 miles North of Lochinver, in the North West Highlands of Scotland, on the popular NC500 driving route.

Directions from Stoer Village: Drive through the village and continue about 1 mile until you see a bright yellow building in the distance ahead. Cruachan is next to the yellow building. Half way between Stoer and Clashnessie. WhatsApp the mobile number above for a pin location.
